The hotel offers a lagoon-style pool, a hydromassage pool, and two outdoor swimming pools with sun terraces. Guests have direct access to a blue-flag awarded sandy beach with sun loungers, umbrellas, and beach service. Rooms are spacious and each offers a balcony with sea views, a 26' LCD satellite TV, mini fridge, and safe. Some units include a spa bath, while rooms on the Elite floor grant access to the Elite Club lounge with complimentary light snacks and beverages. The Elite Club also provides a dedicated rooftop panoramic restaurant for breakfast and a private check-in experience.

Dining

The rooftop gourmet restaurant Noble has been honoured from 2022 to 2025 with the Athinorama Toque d'Or, the Greek Cuisine Award, and the FNL Award with two stars. The Emerald restaurant serves international cuisine, while the poolside à la carte restaurant offers local and Mediterranean delicacies. In the main restaurant, an American breakfast buffet is served on the terrace, and dinner includes a buffet plus optional à la carte main courses.

Wellness & Spa

The Serenity Spa spans 800 m2 and features exclusive ESPA® products and treatments, making it the only spa hotel in Rhodes to offer such branded services. Facilities include a hammam, sauna, steam room, vitality pool with 16 massage jets, and an outdoor hot tub. A full menu of massages, facials, body treatments, and hydrotherapy is available, along with yoga classes and a fitness centre.
